What is a Papal Apostolic Blessing?

Is a parchment certificate (dimension 25x20 cm. or 40x30) fine decorated granted, after specific request, by the Pope through the office of the Apostolic Elemosinery. The Blessing shows the picture of the Pope, the sentence of the requested Blessing and the adressee's details. This certificate is authenticated by a stamp and the autograph of the Elemosiner Archbishop of the Saint Father.
